Maybe, maybe not. As long as she's bringing in as much as she's paying out and her debt isn't increasing that still isn't a reason to bow out. It's not like people donate to candidates that are no longer campaigning. The remaining contests are in very cheap markets.
There is really no incentive for her to quit. First I think she feels she owes it to future female candidates to stick it out to the very end, even if she's not the nominee, and she still holds out some hope for something to knock Obama out of the running. But as long as she doesn't attack Obama and is not using rhetoric that further hardens her supporters against him I see no reason for her to quit.
