The NYT covered Clinton's "metamorphosis" as if it was her new spring fashion.
Are they oblivious to what Senator Clinton has been accomplishing all these years?
Example: The Sununu/ Clinton Child Car Safety Act
passed in February.
Bet you didn't know about it. Because MSM didn't
find it worth mentioning.
Here is just one more, of many things we can thank
God, and Hillary Clinton for.
"In the Senate, Hillary introduced the Nursing Education and Quality of Care Act, which would expand the number of programs that address nursing faculty shortages and increase the supply of nurses in rural areas. As part of the Nurse Reinvestment Act, she helped create grants that expanded nurse Magnet hospitals. Hillary also supported increased funding for both Title VII and Title VIII, which help to address the higher education needs of nurses and nursing faculty. Finally, she has supported programs to attract nurses to the field, including efforts to improve the quality of the working environment for nurses."
Clinton did not "Transform" into a working-class hero.
Hillary Clinton IS a working-class hero.
Today, Paul Krugman exposed a major goof in Obama's response to a question posed by Fox on Sunday.
Obama was asked for an example of '"a hot-button issue where you would be willing to buck the Democratic party line" and say the Republicans have a better idea.'
Obama came up with an interesting response. Minor problem: his example was not a Republican idea.

n/02krugman.html?_r=1&oref=slogin
Krugman's article is historically informative, and a worthy read. I was particularly taken by the last 2 paragraphs:
"To be clear, both Democratic candidates have been saying things they shouldn't; Hillary Clinton shouldn't have endorsed the bad idea of a gas tax holiday."
"But I think Mr. Obama is doing much more harm to the Democratic cause by echoing Republican attack lines on such issues as insurance mandates and Social Security. And now he's demonstrating his post-partisanship by giving Republicans credit for good ideas they never had."
My fellow Americans:
Please forget that Obama's Pastor of 20 years is a racist, and Obama took his children for spiritual guidance in this man's church.
And forget that Pastor made an ass out of himself and tried to bring down Obama.
Be proud that Obama took everyone's advice and distanced himself from Pastor.
Just as he distanced himself from slumlord Rezko, weatherman Ayers, and a seemingly endless list of Chicago buddies.
And Fellow Americans, PLEASE forget that Obama went to SFO and sneered at the working people he had just asked for votes. And commented that their values and traditions were a product of degenerative disease.
You owe it to Obama. Keep up that 2-day attention span!
Forget that Obama raged against NAFTA to the voters in Ohio. Then his staffer told the Canadian Ambassador that Obama didn't really mean what he told Iowa voters. It was political rhetoric. No worries.
And that Obama lied to the media when asked if his staff contacted Canada. Obama said no. Then the Canadian government told the truth. And Obama was caught in one huge whopper.
This was 2 month's ago. IT IS ANCIENT HISTORY. FORGOTTEN.
Also ancient history: Obama going through Iowa claiming that he passed a bill protecting citizens from nuclear waste. Except that bill never went through.
Obama's lie to Iowa voters was held back by the NYT until well after the election.
And forget that Obama started his career because a state senator ran for Congress. And she chose Obama as her temporary stand-in while she ran. When she lost her congressional bid, and went back to her senate job, Obama had a little surprise. He refused to give her the seat back. He started legal proceedings to prevent it.
In effect, Obama betrayed her trust.
He remained as a play-it-safe senator, voting "present" inordinately, so as not to step on toes.
Be happy that the NYT and MSM keep Obama's past buried.
Be grateful that every time Obama makes one of his screw-ups, the NYT and main stream media immediately go into coddle mode. And slam Hillary Clinton for being evil enough to run against Obama.
For it is obvious, from debates and interviews, that Clinton is far more substance and capability. It is only fair to Obama to handicap her accordingly. Tanya Harding Clinton. Even the playing field.
And it is unfair that Obama has little record to fall back on when he screws up. But after all, he is only 46 years old!
Oh yes. And the NYT harbors a special little secret. She hasn't out-and-out
told anybody yet. It has only been suspected. But now that Obama has enjoyed front-page NYT real estate day after day, it's obvious.
The old grey lady wants to have Barry's baby.
In case you haven't figured out that Republicans want Obama elected, just sit back and watch CNN.
Take Anderson 360, for example. Please.
Cooper gives us multiple shots of a former Clinton superdelegate running to Obama, with much discussion of its significance.
Not a peep that Clinton picked up FOUR superdelegates today. Nada.
We get David Gergen warning how Clinton continuing to campaign is not just hurting Obama, it is hurting Clinton too, and how it is her fault that McCain is doing so well.
We hear the same thing hammered over and over by other meat puppets:
Most democrats want Obama to be the candidate, and want this OVER.
MOST DEMOCRATS DO NOT WANT A DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY. THEY WANT IT OVER. THEY WANT CLINTON OUT. THEY WANT CLINTON OUT. IF YOU VOTE FOR CLINTON, YOU ARE UNPATRIOTIC. IT WILL BE DISASTROUS FOR THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
In case you didn't understand what I just said, watch Anderson 360, and every meat puppet on the show will parrot the same message until it is drummed into your robotic skull, and it will be robotic after this one hour commercial for Barack Obomb.
Her comments on Iraq and Pakistan were brilliantly informed.
She did an amazing job. Clinton was able to come out like she has never
been able to in the debates.
Round two is coming up.
Watch, watch watch.
Part Two of O'Relly's interview of Hillary Clinton airs at 8 p.m. / 11 p.m. ET on Fox
The graphics card said "Clinton Gaining Ground."
That was odd. MSNBC with a good word about HRC?
I stopped channel surfing to listen.
Andrea Mitchell - the reporter renowned for the Iguana head screwed
to the bones of a spa mummy - was interviewing one of the nondescript,
coffee-chat chicks littering early PM cable news.
As the "analyst" chatted on, Mitchell's reptilian eyes accrued a special sparkle.
Hack-chick's rundown went something like "Polls show that voters mistrust
Clinton, voters think that she does not tell the truth, and that CLINTON IS
A FLIP-FLOPPER on the issues".
Ah that word! So lethal on John Kerry. Pulled out of moth balls for the sequel.
Yes, Hillary Clinton FLIP-FLOPS.
A couple of days ago I watched a small tear run down Mitchell's cheek
as she shyly intimated how she thought that Obama lost PA
because of RACISM.
And that there are still voters who will not vote for Obama because
of HIS RACE.
Is there doubt in anyone's mind just who Crocodile-Tears will be
stumping for in the GE?
Hint: it won't be Hillary Clinton. And it won't be Barrack Obama.
Wolf Blitzer owes Clinton an apology.
He ran the slimiest piece of propaganda I have seen in this primary.
He is misinforming CNN viewers about Clinton's proposal to relieve consumers of gas tax.
The report told how Clinton wants to suspend tax on gas. But it went on to lament that this tax money goes toward restoring aging city infrastructure - so that we do not have disasters like the Minneapolis Bridge collapse.
Then, to show viewers just what a huge hypocrite Clinton is, they ran a clip of her saying that we must do more for updating our cities aging infrastructure.
Of course, the reporter OMITTED the most important part of her plan: She would make up the lost revenue by imposing a "windfall profits tax" on oil companies - who are making money hand over fist, while the rest of us suffer.
It is becoming harder and harder to see difference between CNN and Fox News.
I don't think Recommended diaries should be open season
for vacuous, negative comments, that have no base, and
are only intended to distract from attention from the diary.
Yesterday, I wrote a diary pointing out how people from
Daily Kos are coming over and deliberately wrecking the
Recommended Diaries by Clinton supporters.
Clinton supporters write here, because they were harassed
off of Daily Kos.
I forgot to mention another Daily Kos sport: adding their
own tags to the diary. Tag comments that range from profane like
"Turd Sandwich," to disrespectful.
I don't understand why these people have the privilege of interjecting
comments in tag lines. All I've seen is abuse.
Here are tags added to my recent Diary:
Tags: boring troll, logic melts the internetstar, Student Guy added this tag because he fully supports the comments taken from that diary in referring to it and he demands that his name be added to them like a cosponsor, please put me out of my misery by deleting my account, internetstar is lame., duck, GOOSE, Duck-duck (all tags)
